Update Zencia.ai is now Zensia.si

No tours. No videos.
Your real product, shown live.

A visitor asks. Edi opens your product, does the task in front of them and explains each step. Any hour, by voice or text. And it remembers how for next time.

Runs on your real product. Nothing for the visitor to install.

The Problem

Your demo process is losing you deals

Buyers want to see your product before they talk to sales. But today, they have to fill out a form, wait for a rep, and hope the timing works. Most don't bother. They lose interest, evaluate competitors, and move on because your demo was gated behind your availability.

Buyers can't see your product

Your prospect lands at 11pm, but your site says "Book a demo." By morning, they've shortlisted a competitor that let them explore instantly.

Reps repeat the same questions

Your team answers the same pricing, integration, and security questions every week instead of spending that time closing.

Static assets don't convert

Decks, one-pagers, and case studies get skimmed. Without guided context, even great content fails to prove value.

Demos are limited by capacity

Your team has limited hours, but buyers have questions 24/7 across every time zone, meaning prospects slip through the cracks.

Self-improving expertise

Edi learns from every conversation, improving what it shows, asks, and recommends over time.

Compounding value

Every conversation sharpens qualification, surfaces better proof, and improves conversion without adding headcount.

How it works

One real session. Four moves.

No scripted tour. Edi is a live browser session on your product with a guide inside it. Every clip below is from one real session, sped up.

1 / 4

They ask

  • A visitor asks a question on your site, by voice or by typing. No form, no calendar, no waiting for a rep.
  • Edi answers at 2 pm and at 2 am, in the visitor's own words, not from a script.
  • If the answer is a thing the product does, Edi offers to show it rather than describe it.

Edi opens your real product

  • A real browser session, on your live product, with the permissions you gave it. Not a clone, not screenshots.
  • Before it touches anything, it outlines the element, so the visitor always sees what is about to happen.
  • When your product changes, Edi sees the new screen. There is no tour to re-record.

It does the task and talks it through

  • Every click is narrated, so the visitor learns the product while watching it work.
  • Anything that moves a flow forward, like saving or sending, Edi asks about first.
  • When the visitor wants to try, Edi steps back and watches, ready to help.

It remembers how

  • Every finished walkthrough is saved as a playbook. The first ask costs a browser run. The same ask tomorrow is answered at once.
  • The transcript, what was shown and what the visitor asked go to your team, with the lead.
  • When the visitor is ready for a person, Edi books the call or hands the conversation over.

Why Edi

Not a tour. Not a chatbot.
Not a calendar link.

Every way of showing a product today makes a trade. A tour is always on but can't answer. A chatbot answers but can't show. A rep does both, a few days later. Edi does all three, the moment they ask.

What Edi does

Everything a great demo does.
Without waiting for one.

What your best solutions engineer does on a call, done for every visitor, at any hour.

Live walkthroughs on your product

Edi opens the real product and does the task in front of the visitor, outlining each element before it clicks.

Talk or type

Visitors speak to Edi like a person, or type. It answers out loud and keeps the text on screen.

Remembers every answer

Each walkthrough becomes a playbook. The next visitor with the same question gets it at once.

Asks before it acts

Anything that saves, sends or moves a flow forward waits for a yes from the visitor.

Qualifies and books the call

Edi learns who they are and what they need while it shows, then books a time when they are ready.

Hands over with the whole story

When the visitor wants a person, your rep joins with the transcript, what was shown and what they asked. Nobody starts from zero.

FAQ

Edi, common questions

Is Edi a recorded tour or a video?

No. Edi opens a live browser session on your product and does the task the visitor asked about, in front of them. Nothing is pre-recorded, so the answer fits the question that was actually asked.

Does it use our real product or a copy?

Your real product, signed in to an account you choose, such as a demo or sandbox account. Edi can only see and do what that account is allowed to.

Will Edi change anything without asking?

No. Looking around is free, but anything that saves, sends, deletes or moves a flow forward waits for the visitor to say yes.

What happens when we ship a new version?

Edi reads the screen as it is today, so there is no tour to re-record. If a flow changes, it works the new way out and updates the saved playbook.

Can visitors talk to it, or only type?

Both. Visitors can speak to Edi or type, and it answers out loud while keeping the text on screen.

What does our sales team get from each session?

The transcript, the screens Edi showed, the questions the visitor asked and, if they booked, the call. When a visitor asks for a person, your rep joins with all of it.

Does Edi replace our sales team?

No. It handles the wait before a demo: the first look, the follow-up questions and the 2 am visit. Your team takes over for the conversations that close.

How do we get started?

Book a demo. We connect Edi to an account on your product with you, agree what it may and may not do, and tune it on your most common questions.
